Tony Peck – Managing Director
Tony has been Group Production Director at ATP since 2004 but has recently been appointed Managing Director of the ATP Group. With over 11 years of service, he has led a number of key projects including the design and build of the new facility at Cannock Wood and the subsequent relocation, ensuring no loss of production.
Prior to ATP, he gained experience within large automotive engineering companies and had both production and financial control responsibilities.
Mark Bowen – Group Sales Director
Mark has started his career in the automotive sector by serving a 5-year apprenticeship in the Ford Dealer Network. He later graduated from Staffordshire University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Motor Industries. He has been ATP’s Sales Director since 2008.
Amir Fallah – R&D Group Director
Amir has been Technical Director since 1999 but has recently been appointed to R&D Group Director. He studied Electronic Engineering at Middlesex University and has done a project-based Masters whilst doing his TCA at Staffordshire University. He is responsible for the design and development of test equipment and procedures to assure the excellent quality of all ATP product
Adrian Aston – Technical Director
Adrian joined ATP in 1988. He has recently been appointed to Technical Director. From 1997 – 99 he worked in China, providing technical support to the newly established ATP venture. His key skills include APQP (Advance Project Quality Planning), project management, production & process planning and implementation.
Steve Steadman – Group Financial Director
With over 20 years with the business, Steve is responsible for all aspects of financial management and reporting of all ATP Group companies. He is also responsible for the purchasing and inventory teams, as well as overseeing IT outsourcing. He is a qualified AAT member and holds a CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting.
Tracy Brown – PA to Board of Directors
Tracy joined ATP in June 2016 as her role as PA to Board of Directors. She has a wealth of secretarial experience working for the NHS for the some 22 years. During this time she was a secretary in various roles from Ward Clerking, Personnel Department, Finance Dept., Theatre Services, Pre-op Assessment Clinic and Resus Training Department to name but a few. Her final role was as a PA/Medical Secretary to two Neurological Rehab Consultants for six years. Last year the opportunity arose for her to take a career change and although she loved her job she took the plunge to work in the automotive industry. She is enjoying her role in a predominantly male environment but embracing the challenge of working for an award winning company.
Malcolm Morris – OEM Sales Manager
Malcolm joined ATP as OEM Sales Manager in 2012 and has responsibility for ATP’s global OEM customer base. He is an apprentice trained engineer with over 20 years of technical sales experience in the OEM sector, backed by many years in product development, operations and quality at global vehicle manufacturers and tier 1 suppliers.
Andrew Harrison – Aftermarket electronics Production/E-Commerce Manager
Andy joined ATP in August 1993 as an apprentice on the high tech vehicle workshop. He moved into the electronics production department after three years as a bench engineer and progressed to Supervisor and now is the Electronics Production manager and runs a successful E-Commerce department. Andy has 24 years experience in the Automotive Re-manufacturing field.
Steve Holmes – Aftermarket Electronics Sales Manager
Steve graduated from Plymouth Polytechnic with a HND in Electronic Engineering, and joined ATP Electronic Developments in 1989. He has seen the business evolve from just reconditioning engine management ECUs to the whole portfolio of products available today. Steve is now the Sales Manager for the Electronics Aftermarket division and recognises the huge potential for developing the business globally through the marketing outlets available today.
